Tim Beylemans (Founder + evaluator) 
Tim Beylemans, owner and webmaster of
Tim's Spider Awards, was born in Belgium on the 16th May 1965. He has eight years of experience in website
design. Within this period he has created over twenty websites and managed more than a dozen of them.
He is fluent in Macromedia Flash, Fireworks and Adobe Photoshop, and hand codes all
his sites in the latest version of XHTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Besides his own highly rated and esteemed Award Program, he is also an evaluator for 9 other Award Programs as well as being
an evaluator for WebsAwards, another rating
index. He is also the original creator behind the Belgica Excellence Index.
Tony Duthoo (Founder + evaluator)
Born December 1st 1976, in Antwerp, Belgium. Though he hasn't studied any web design
while in school, he started to learn it himself, and knows the enormous work that goes into it...
With his own Award Program
Vie’s Inn of Wonders’ Awards,
he wanted to show his appreciation for the variety of content there is out there, and
to award sites that pursue the same goal.
He is an evaluator for 2 rating organizations: UWSAG and
WebsAwards; manages his own highly rated AP and serves
on the evaluation team of O.N.Z.C.D.A. His past evaluation
positions include another 4 Award Programs and 2 rating indices.
He feels that being part of the evaluation team of multiple award programs and indices always enriches
one's personal experience as an evaluator by looking at sites from different angles.
