All information received by us (Belgica Excellence index or "BEI") by means of online form or e-mail will be used only for the purposes of determining a rating, and will not be handed out to outside parties without the explicit consent of the applicant unless we are required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, cooperate with law enforcement agencies, or comply with a legal process served on our website.

The above should always be considered in effect, even when not explicitly written.

By applying for a rating, the applicant automatically gives permission to display the information provided in the application for membership listing purposes of their Award Program(s). The copyrighted nature of the above remains unaltered.

Information posted at this site is limited to names of webmasters and/or program owners, website URLs, descriptions of the Award Program and/or screenshots
