Is there a clear difference in format between the disqualifiers (items
    which you do not wish to see and will end the evaluation) and the
    criteria (items which you do wish to see and award points for)?

Are the criteria presented in a positive manner so that they actually
    encourage the applicant?  3 points

Is each criterion point clearly understandable?  3 points

Is there a certain logic detectable concerning the goals and positions
    of all criteria (placement in either DQ or criteria, no
    duplications,...)?  3 points

Is the process in which the evaluation takes place laid out well
    and clearly understandable?  3 points

Is the entire scoring process clear? Both individually (how each
    criterion adds up) as in its totality (how each category leads
    to the eventual score)  4 points

Is there a self test present of the disqualifying items?  3 points

Are all applicants notified of the results?  1 point

Do you provide feedback?  1 point
